Price quotations 

• All prices quoted telephonically or in advertising and in brochure inserts or price guides are subject to change without notice and Bush Buzz Limited reserves the right to amend prices.

• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations and airfare increases.

• Please bear in mind that the onus is on the passenger/his agent to check that there have been no changes in price prior to making final payment.

• Until Bush Buzz Limited has received full payment, we reserve the right to charge any variations to the customers account.

• Bush Buzz Limited guarantees the quoted package price, once full payment is received.

• Airfares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by airline and cannot be guaranteed by Bush Buzz Limited.

Booking Conditions

Provisional bookings can only be held when the operator or airline allows. The periods for which provisional bookings can be held will vary according to conditions set by operators/airlines. Please be aware that for flight tickets, a provisional booking can be made for a seat, but the price for that seat can only be confirmed at time of ticketing.

Deposits and cancellation

A 75% deposit of the entire package is required in order to secure a booking. Please be advised that 10% of the entire package is a non-refundable Bush Buzz administration cost and will not be reimbursed incase of cancellation at any stage. Only on receipt of written notification can a booking be cancelled. Further cancellation fees will apply as per the conditions set by the appropriate establishment and operator/airline.

Payment procedures

All electronic payments are to be made free of commission and bank charges .  Bush Buzz accepts payment in ZMK or USD cash, direct bank transfer, VISA or MASTERCARD. Please note that a surcharge is charged when payments are made by card. Cheques are accepted upon prior agreement.

To avoid inconvenience due to delayed receipt of payments, we suggest you fax or scan us a copy of your transfer order.   If not agreed otherwise, well in advance, we reserve the right to withhold services in part or in total in cases of non-compliance with these payment conditions. 

Itinerary Alternations – Unscheduled Extensions /Delays

In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled extension to the holiday itineraries, after departure, due to circumstances such as flight delays, bad weather, schedule changes, strikes or anything else beyond the control of Bush Buzz Limited, it is agreed that extra expenses incurred will be for the account of the passenger. Bush Buzz Limited cannot be held liable for consequential damages.

We trust that clients travelling in Africa appreciate that the carrying out of itineraries is largely dependant on local conditions. Bush Buzz therefore reserves the right to make alterations to a safari carried out by a Bush Buzz Safari Operator, be it a complete withdrawal, elimination of any feature or slight adaptation of the itinerary, should the local conditions necessitate. Bush Buzz will always try to offer an equivalent value substitute or proportional refund in such cases.

Refunds and Unused Services

Please note that no refunds are given where a client leaves a safari before completion or if a safari ends before its published date due to reasons beyond Bush Buzz’s control. 
Bush Buzz will however try to negotiate a refund on behalf of the client if an appropriate medical certificate can be produced incase of a medically related emergency.

Insurance

Clients undertake all activities associated with their itinerary at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance in respect of themselves and their property.  We advise clients to take out their own comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage and money. Bush Buzz Limited shall not be liable if a customer should fail to take adequate insurance cover.

Responsibility and Liability

Bush Buzz Limited act as an agent only for local and international ground operators and airlines and accordingly accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury (fatal or otherwise), accident, delay or any other irregularity howsoever arising. Bush Buzz Limited makes every effort to ensure that all the arrangements and services connected with a passenger’s itinerary will be carried out as specified and/or in the most efficient and effective way possible.   However, we do not have direct control over the provision of services by the suppliers and, although they are, in all cases, selected with the utmost care, we not accept liability for error and omissions of such suppliers.

Documentation

Passports, vaccinations, inoculations and re-entry permits.  The responsibility to obtain correct and valid passports, vaccinations and inoculations and visa permits where required, is that of the passenger alone. Bush Buzz Limited will not be held responsible or liable for any consequences of any nature arising from the passenger failing to ensure that he/she has complied with all such requirements.
