Price Quotations  

• Bush Buzz Limited will always guarantee the quoted package price, once full payment is received.

• Until Bush Buzz Limited has received full payment, we reserve the right to charge any variations to the customer’s account.  

• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations and airfare increases.  

• Airfares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by airline and cannot be guaranteed by Bush Buzz Limited. 

• The onus is on the passenger/his agent to check that there have been no changes in price prior to making final payment.  
   

Booking Conditions 

• Bush Buzz is able to hold a booking provisionally made purely for accommodation, airline, car hire or activitiy centre for a period of 48 hours. A booking made for a complete safari package will be held provisionally for a period of 2 weeks.

Deposit  

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package price is required within 48 hours of confirmation of reservation. The balance of the package cost is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. As Bush Buzz does not send reminders or statements, the client is responsible for making sure that payments are made on time in order to secure their booking. 
   

• For reservations placed LESS than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 48 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that has not been paid by due date. 
   

Payment Procedures 

• We kindly request that those customers that choose the convenience of electronic bank transfers as payment option, ensure that all such payments are made free of commission and bank charges – ALL charges incurred are to be for the clients account. Bush Buzz accepts payment in ZMK or USD cash, VISA or MASTERCARD . Please note that Bush Buzz is obliged to charge a 5% surcharge when payments are made by card. Cheques are accepted upon prior agreement.

• To avoid inconvenience due to delayed receipt of payments, we suggest you fax us a copy of your transfer order. If not agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold services in part or in total in cases of non-compliance with these payment conditions.  
   

Cancellation Policy 

• Bush Buzz hopes ofcourse that the customer is always able to enjoy their booking or package booked through us. Should a customer however be necessitated to cancel, a confirmed booking can only be cancelled upon receipt of written notification.
   

• If a cancellation is received less than 42 days prior to departure, cancellation fees as follows will be charged as well as the full deposit of 25% retained by Bush Buzz: 
    - 41 to 29 days before departure: 50% of total fare  
    - 28 to 14 days before departure: 75% of total fare  
    - 13 to 0 days before departure: 100% of total fare  
    - No show on day of departure: 100% of total fare 
   

Itinerary Alternations – Unscheduled Extensions /Delays  

• Whilst every effort is made to keep to all confirmed itineraries, Bush Buzz reserves the right to make changes for your convenience and does not accept any liability for changes required.  We trust that clients travelling in Africa appreciate that the carrying out of itineraries is largely dependant on local conditions and operators. As Bush Buzz acts as agent only and plans arrangements in advance, and Bush Buzz does not own or control the airlines, hotels and/or other supplier companies who will provide travel components, Bush Buzz reserves the right to make alterations to a safari, be it a complete withdrawal, elimination of any feature or slight adaptation of the itinerary, should the local conditions necessitate. Bush Buzz shall also be entitled to make similar alternative arrangements at the same rates and standards as that which is not available and no claim shall arise against Bush Buzz as a result of such unavailability.
   

• In the unlikely event of there being an unscheduled extension to the holiday itineraries, after departure, due to circumstances such as flight delays, bad weather, schedule changes, strikes or anything else beyond the control of Bush Buzz Limited, it is agreed that extra expenses incurred will be for the account of the passenger. Bush Buzz Limited is not liable for consequential damages. 
   

Refunds and Unused Services  

• Please note that no refunds are given where a client leaves a safari before completion or if a safari ends before its published date due to reasons beyond Bush Buzz’s control. No refunds will be made for no shows or any unused services.

 

Insurance 

• Clients undertake all activities associated with their itinerary at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance in respect of themselves and their property. We advise clients to take out take out their own comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage and money. Bush Buzz Limited shall not be liable if a client should fail to take adequate insurance cover. 
   

• Many operators in Zambia require their guests to complete and sign an Indemnity Form when checking into their establishment or embarking on an activity. Bush Buzz accepts no responsibility for any death, illness, delay, accident or loss whatsoever incurred during the course of a safari or for any expense arising from such an event. Clients on such safaris should be aware that any safari activity is potentially hazardous and it is essential that all lawful directions and advice of the Safari Operator be followed.  
   

• Bush Buzz reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any person on a tour or safari at any time if such a person’s physical or mental health and condition, or general attitude and deportment impede the operation of the safari or the welfare and enjoyment of other tour passengers. Equitable refunds in such cases may be made.  
   

 

Responsibility and Liability 

• Bush Buzz Limited act as an agent only for local ground operators and airlines and accordingly accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury (fatal or otherwise), accident, delay or any other irregularity howsoever arising. Bush Buzz Limited makes every effort to ensure that all the arrangements and services connected with a clients’ itinerary will be carried out as specified and/or in the most efficient and effective way possible. However, we do not have direct control over the provision of services by the suppliers and, which they are in all cases selected with the utmost care, we not accept liability for error and omissions of such suppliers. 
   

 

Documentation 

• The responsibility to obtain correct and valid passports, vaccinations and inoculations and re-entry permits where required, is that of the passenger alone. Bush Buzz Limited will not be held responsible or liable for any consequences of any nature arising from the passenger failing to ensure that he/she has complied with all such requirements.

  Unfortunately the Zambian government no longer allows visa waivers for tourists visiting Zambia.
